  • 1 box brownie mix (for 9x13 pan)
  • 22 Oreos (divided)
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a greased or parchment-lined 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. Mix the brownie batter according to package instructions and pour half into the prepared pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese, egg, vanilla extract, sugar, and sour cream until smooth. Pour over the brownie layer.
  5. Crush half of the Oreos and sprinkle over the cheesecake layer, then pour remaining brownie batter on top and crumble the rest of the Oreos.
  6. Bake for about 60 minutes or until set; let cool completely.
  7. For the ganache topping, melt chocolate chips with heavy whipping cream in a saucepan over low heat until smooth; pour over cooled bars.
