  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for sauce)
  • 2 oz cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken strips with Cajun seasoning and press grated Parmesan onto each piece.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and half of the butter; sear chicken for about 4–6 minutes.
  4. Add remaining butter and garlic; sauté briefly before removing chicken.
  5. Make sauce in the same skillet by adding cream and broth; simmer while whisking.
  6. Stir in cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan.
  7. Toss cooked linguine in the sauce; serve topped with garlic Parmesan chicken.
