This simple and comforting dish features tender, juicy chicken breasts simmered in a creamy, flavorful gravy. Served over hot rice, it’s a no-fuss dinner that’s perfect for busy nights!
3 to 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can (10.5 oz) unsalted cream of chicken soup
2 packets (0.87 oz each) chicken gravy mix
1/2 cup water or chicken broth (optional)
Hot cooked rice
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of a crockpot.
In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, chicken gravy mix, and water or broth (if using).
Pour the soup mixture over the chicken breasts in the crockpot, making sure the chicken is evenly covered.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours (240 minutes).
Once the chicken is fully cooked and tender, shred it with two forks.
Serve the chicken and gravy over hot cooked rice.
