- 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (or olive oil)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp with minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
