  • 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (or olive oil)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp with minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter or olive oil and stir in half of the Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  4. Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp and toss gently to coat evenly. Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  6. Garnish with remaining Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
